Our coaching process centers on discovering each client’s strengths and guiding them toward clear, measurable goals—academic, personal, or professional.
Coaching sessions are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on individual needs, and typically run 30–50 minutes. Currently, all sessions are held virtually via Zoom or by phone for your convenience.
When appropriate, we offer regular check-ins, monitor progress, and help individuals stay accountable, ensuring they remain on track to achieve their goals.
